What you will do

• Frame problems clearly, evaluate approaches, and articulate trade-offs against product goals and user needs.
• Design end-to-end complex flows, addressing gaps and edge cases.
• Ship high-quality experiences with strong interaction, visual clarity, and usability; contribute to design systems.
• Own research efforts, align with product goals, and incorporate user insights into decisions.
• Design for and learn from experiments to refine designs iteratively.
• Drive features from exploration to launch and communicate design rationale effectively.

Requirements

• 4+ years in UX or product design with a portfolio of live, scaled consumer experiences.
• Experience shipping complex end-to-end products in fast-moving teams.
• Systems thinking: connect screens to flows, journeys, and outcomes.
• Strong POV on interaction quality and visual craft, backed by portfolio.
• Comfortable using research and data for discovery and validation.
• Clear communication in reviews, with reasoned trade-offs.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity independently.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for TV, large-screen, or lean-back environments.
