🚀 Affiliate Manager (KOL & Growth) — DEX / Perps
Jaya Talent is hiring for a client: a live DEX protocol in the clearing, settlement & perpetuals space, currently scaling post-TGE.
The mandate is simple: drive users, trading volume, and narrative — fast.
📍 Remote | Full-time
🕐 APAC / Europe overlap (UTC+7 to UTC+0)
🔥 What you’ll own
→ Build and scale a high-performing KOL network (15–20 across X, YouTube, Telegram)
→ Drive narrative across DeFi, perps, and trading communities
→ Own affiliate engine (referrals, commissions, content calendars, tracking)
→ Activate APAC trading firms & market makers for early liquidity
→ Execute co-marketing campaigns around launches (new markets, features, competitions)
🎯 You’re a fit if
✅ You already have a strong Tier 1/2 KOL network (must-have)
✅ 3–5+ years in crypto BD / affiliate / KOL management
✅ Proven track record of driving users + trading volume (not just impressions)
✅ Deep understanding of DeFi / perps / trading audiences
✅ Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
