What you will do

• Design and execute high-quality motion systems for campaigns, product launches, and brand identities.
• Translate brand strategy and creative concepts into clear, intentional motion principles.
• Collaborate with video, media, design, and product teams to integrate motion thinking early in projects.
• Lead motion workstreams, setting high bars for quality and evolving studio best practices.
• Develop narratives, lead presentations, and conduct workshops with internal stakeholders.
• Handle end-to-end execution from concepting and storyboarding to prototyping and final animation.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in motion design, preferably in brand or studio environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand-led motion work, systems thinking, and strong storytelling.
• Expertise in timing, composition, typography in motion, and visual rhythm.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Figma.
• Must be based in the United States and able to work in the Eastern time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with Final Cut Pro and 3D software.
• Knowledge of creative coding, experimental motion tools, or Touch Designer.
