What you will do

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to execute hiring plans for various job requisitions.
  • Manage candidate scheduling and interview coordination to ensure a smooth process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and repositories.
  • Provide timely and engaging communication to candidates at every stage of the hiring funnel.
  • Prepare employment contracts and partner with People Operations for seamless onboarding.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting hirify.global's values and all-remote culture.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work asynchronously across multiple time zones and maintain confidentiality.
