hirify.global is developing Agentforce for Supply Chain, an AI platform automating end-to-end supply chain processes with seamless collaboration via email and other channels.

What you will do

• Own cross-cutting system problems in Super Agent backend, including architectural decomposition, state transitions, and observability for enterprise scale.
• Architect integrations with hirify.global ecosystem like Mulesoft, Flow, and Data Cloud, plus scalable data export pipelines and self-serve synchronization.
• Design performant customer-facing APIs and webhooks, optimizing ETL infrastructure for daily automated data flows.
• Drive technical decisions, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product teams on requirements and tradeoffs.
• Build production-grade software using AI tools in workflows, evaluate AI-generated code, and contribute to shared system context.
• Set technical direction for data integration, mitigate scaling risks, and improve system performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years (Senior), 5+ years (Lead), 8+ years (Principal) industry experience as backend engineer building large-scale web apps or data systems.
• Related technical degree required.
• Deep expertise in backend areas: data modeling, DB tuning, state management, API design, concurrency, fault tolerance, scaling.
• Experience with production data pipelines (ETL/ELT), REST APIs, webhooks, distributed systems, event queues.
• Expert in at least one language (Java, Python, Go); track record owning complex projects as individual contributor.
• Excellent communication skills; AI-first engineering approach with tools like Claude, Copilot; advanced prompt engineering.

Nice to have

• B.S. in Computer Science (M.S. preferred).
• Mastery of Golang, GraphQL, PostgreSQL; hirify.global tech like Mulesoft, Data Cloud.
• Event streaming (Kafka, Kinesis), Docker, Kubernetes, workflow engines.
• Supply chain/logistics experience; open-source contributions.
