What you will do

• Build and own critical external integrations including ATS, mailbox, and SSO systems.
• Develop scalable patterns to handle complex external dependencies and messy third-party systems.
• Debug synchronization issues and handle edge cases to ensure reliable production performance.
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams to optimize real-world customer workflows.

Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals and proficiency in writing production-ready code.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SSO, or other third-party integrations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong debugging instincts.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of ownership and ability to persist in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with ATS or HR tech systems.
• Experience building mailbox, identity, or integration-heavy products.
• Prior experience working in a startup or a highly cross-functional technical role.
