What you will do
- Act as a finance business partner for specific business lines (Online, Card-Linked, Gift Cards, Media) or geographies.
- Drive financial planning, including budgets, re-forecasts, and monthly business reviews.
- Build and maintain complex financial models based on cohorts, CAC elasticity, and bottom-up costs.
- Execute monthly P&L and balance-sheet closes and manage annual audits under IFRS standards.
- Handle cash management, invoicing, and local tax compliance (VAT, CFE).
- Actively leverage AI tools to automate reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting processes.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in traditional finance (IB, PE, Corporate Finance, or Audit).
- Proven experience in a high-growth tech company or scale-up environment.
- Fluent English proficiency (C1+); French language skills are a strong plus.
- Strong expertise in analytical modeling, including cohort-based revenue and bottom-up budgeting.
- Active, daily usage of AI tools for professional productivity and automation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of scaling financial operations.
Nice to have
- Double degree in accounting (e.g., DCG or DSCG).
- Experience in multi-country, multi-entity, or multi-business line settings.
- International professional experience.
