Salary: $50,300 - $69,125

What you will do

• Evaluate phone calls and provide continuous written feedback to representatives and advisors.
• Track and analyze individual performance using quality monitoring data management systems.
• Generate month-end reports and facilitate call calibration exercises to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Training teams to identify and address performance gap trends.
• Develop training materials and facilitate training for new representatives and managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or 63 & 65) certifications required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of retirement plans, retail investment, or advisory products.
• Experience supporting training initiatives or contributing to learning materials.
• Ability to identify patterns and translate data into actionable recommendations.
