What you will do

• Develop and deploy ML models, LLM components, and agentic automations for Finance use cases.
• Integrate AI components with UiPath automations using Maestro, AI Center, and Document Understanding.
• Manage the full model lifecycle, including evaluation, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure architecture alignment and engineering standards.
• Maintain production solutions, performing triage and implementing root-cause fixes.
• Research and surface emerging AI capabilities for potential application in Finance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 1 year of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Experience applying AI/ML in production environments, preferably in healthcare or highly regulated industries.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure and software development tools.
• Experience with large, complex, and heterogeneous datasets.
• Must be based in the US; not eligible for visa sponsorship or transfer.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI libraries.
• Experience with LLMs (prompting, RAG, tool use).
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Experience with Azure, GCP, or similar cloud platforms for AI.
• Certifications such as Azure AI Engineer or AWS ML Specialty.
