What you will do

• Prepare company overviews and develop target candidate lists for account teams.
• Identify potential candidates using online tools, proprietary databases, and phone outreach to determine organization structures.
• Support business development by participating in search strategy design and candidate development.
• Manage and update confidential candidate records in the proprietary CRM system.
• Contribute to market intelligence projects, tracking industry trends and organizational changes.
• Attend kick-off meetings, client briefings, and practice calls to suggest targets and align on research needs.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution.
• Intelligence, intellectual curiosity, high EQ, and analytical skills to quickly learn industries and candidate criteria.
• Outstanding communication skills, especially telephone skills, with discretion for confidential information.
• High energy, persistence, efficiency, and ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with research tools like LinkedIn, Capital IQ, BoardEx, Pitchbook, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office.
