What you will do

  • Drive cross-functional execution for projects that span multiple company functions and lack a natural owner.
  • Manage the procurement process, including vendor sourcing, security reviews, contract negotiation, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Develop internal tooling and dashboards to transform recurring operational work into automated systems.
  • Oversee the hardware deployment lifecycle from purchase order through delivery, racking, and decommissioning.
  • Lead special projects to solve new, undefined problem spaces as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • Experience taking on ambiguous problems that do not yet have a defined shape.
  • Strong instincts regarding when to implement automation versus when to handle tasks manually.
  • Ability to communicate clearly across diverse domains, including engineering, finance, and legal.
  • Strong judgment on build vs. buy decisions to effectively scale the business.
  • Proactive ability to identify and mitigate problems before they compound.
