What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable end-to-end data pipelines for Credit and Loan products.
• Optimize data architecture to improve querying performance and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Credit Squad to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Automate manual processes and redesign infrastructure for greater scalability.
• Provide data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders to guide product and business decisions.
• Implement best practices for data modeling, documentation, and testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, scaling production architectures.
• Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and dbt.
• Proven experience designing data models (Star Schema, Data Vault) for financial or transactional products.
• Experience with Credit, Loans, or Ledger systems.
• Ability to lead complex projects from inception to deployment independently.
• Advanced English level
