Project Manager II (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Assist Federal program managers in planning, monitoring, and closing multiple complex projects and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and develop comprehensive mitigation plans.
• Conduct analysis on project performance and prepare management reports and briefings for leadership.
• Improve business strategies, internal processes, and overall program performance.
• Define requirements, manage the scope of work, and track dependencies across the team.
• Collaborate effectively across various physical locations to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and IT-I security clearance (or current NACLC).
• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
• Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Business, CS, Law, Finance, or related field (or HS Diploma with 4+ years of PM experience).
• 2+ years of directly relevant experience in project management.
• Proven ability to research, collect, and interpret technical data related to programs.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• DoD 8140.01 IAT Level II certification.
• Experience conducting project management specifically for cyber operations programs.
