What you will do

• Design and maintain AI performance dashboards focusing on F1 scores, precision-recall, and intent recognition accuracy using PowerBI/Omni.
• Conduct deep dives into conversation logs to identify, categorize, and quantify AI hallucinations and context loss.
• Build and optimize SQL-based data models on GCP infrastructure (BigQuery, DBT, Firestore) to evaluate model versions.
• Partner with AI Engineering to analyze A/B tests on LLM prompts, balancing response speed and accuracy.
• Translate complex AI metrics into actionable user experience insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop automated evaluations of conversational data to scale the quality control process.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within AI, NLP, or Product teams.
• 1-2+ years of experience measuring Chatbot/LLM metrics (F1 scores, confusion matrices).
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools such as Omni, Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
• Proactive startup mindset with a strong bias for action.

Nice to have

• Python proficiency for data manipulation (Pandas/NumPy) or NLP libraries.
• Experience with the GCP ecosystem (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Storage).
• Background in high-growth fintechs or AI-first companies.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
