What you will do

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent automation tools.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for LLM-based solution implementation.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, prompt architectures, and datasets.
• Evaluate and optimize AI systems for accuracy, reliability, and security.
• Validate technical approaches to ensure measurable business impact.
• Stay current with emerging LLM technologies and frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the AI development lifecycle from experimentation to production.
• Experience with modern LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Gemini.
• Knowledge of advanced AI architectures including RAG and intelligent agents.
• Proven experience deploying scalable AI or machine learning solutions in production.
• Ability to evaluate generative AI outputs using advanced validation techniques.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design for model improvement.
• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval system ranking techniques.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms like Azure OpenAI or AWS AgentCore.
• Knowledge of AI monitoring and observability tools.
