What you will do

• Define and set key results (OKRs) to ensure smooth product operation for clients.
• Lead a multidisciplinary product team collaborating with operations, development, design, and marketing.
• Analyze customer behavior and KPIs to measure the success of launched features.
• Conduct regular customer communication to identify and solve pain points.
• Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term strategies for company growth.
• Prioritize deliveries and experiment with hypotheses using product management tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Expertise in analyzing and synthesizing product usage data to provide actionable insights.
• Fluency in English required for collaboration with global teams.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to switch between strategic high-level thinking and operational work.
• Must be based in Brazil.
