What you will do

• Guide product direction and execute delivery aligned with business goals within an agile squad.
• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and release plans.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure clarity and alignment with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into well-defined functional requirements, including user stories and epics.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers across the product lifecycle.
• Conduct market research and product discovery to validate hypotheses and iterate on MVPs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or in similar product management roles.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to prioritize backlogs and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with financial products is a strong advantage.
