What you will do

• Define, communicate, and maintain product vision, roadmap, and strategic goals aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog for transparency and alignment with delivery teams.
• Write and structure user stories, epics, and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with squads, PMs, other POs, and stakeholders for consistent decision-making.
• Lead discovery activities including market research, user analysis, and hypothesis validation.
• Define and validate MVPs, support UX/prototyping, and monitor product performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Product Owner or similar product-related roles.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and squad-based delivery.
• Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with product metrics, MVPs, discovery tools, and delivery practices.
