What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight during product evaluation, solution prototyping, and proof of concept activities.
• Architect, design, and maintain scalable and performant solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Establish architecture artifacts, technology roadmaps, and integration patterns to support current and future business needs.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, resolving architectural challenges and assessing risks.
• Design and implement Salesforce DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipeline configuration using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, and Bitbucket.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders to align enterprise architecture strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical design and implementation using Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud within the healthcare payer ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in Apex programming, LWC/Aura, and automation capabilities such as Flows and Triggers.
• Hands-on experience with real-time and batch integration patterns using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and Snowflake.
• Advanced knowledge of software design patterns, n-tier architecture, and large-scale application systems.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HIPAA, Salesforce Shield, and FedRAMP/Salesforce Government Cloud.
• Experience with BPO (Business Processing Outsourcing) services or OSP Model licensing.
