Salary: $152,900 - $257,100 annually (varies by state)

What you will do

• Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions for employee productivity and business operations.
• Serve as senior technical expert, setting standards, reviewing code, and mentoring teammates.
• Design integrations with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and guide tradeoffs.
• Improve practices through automation, testing, DevOps, and CI/CD in ServiceNow.
• Monitor performance, analyze trends, and drive operational excellence by reducing technical debt.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT or equivalent, with senior/lead ServiceNow Developer experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, HRSD, Integration Hub, AI Agents.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies/Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer.
• Experience with scoped apps, ATF testing, complex REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, independent work, and cross-team collaboration skills.
