What you will do

• Act as a trusted Conduct & Compliance specialist advisory business partner for Global Markets and Coverage businesses.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to ensure activities align with key laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement data-led Conduct & Compliance control objectives tailored to risk owners and regulators.
• Support control owners in implementing effective risk mitigation measures.
• Deliver specialist compliance training for new joiners and annual mandatory sessions.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to facilitate risk-based decision making.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Compliance Advisory role within Financial Services.
• Strong technical knowledge of market abuse, conduct risk, product governance, and information flow management.
• Deep understanding of current Compliance frameworks, industry standards, and best practices.
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools within a financial services environment.
• Ability to provide independent challenge to risk decisions and manage complex trade-offs.
• Must be based in the UK to fulfill the hybrid office attendance requirement.
