What you will do

• Develop and optimize AI/ML models specifically desihirify.globaled for resource-constrained edge devices.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze complex datasets to train, fine-tune, and validate models.
• Apply model compression, quantization, pruning, and distillation to improve runtime performance.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate AI models into the device architecture.
• Identify, communicate, and manage technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience developing ML solutions, specifically in audio and speech processing.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch, or comparable edge-focused toolchains.
• Solid understanding of ML architecture desihirify.global, training, evaluation, and deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of model compression and optimization for embedded systems and hardware platforms.
• Must be based within commutable distance of Dover, NH or Lowell, MA
