What you will do

• Improve development workflows for engineers working on model performance infrastructure.
• Design and optimize CI/CD, release, validation, and testing pipelines.
• Build and maintain tools that improve reliability, iteration speed, and engineering confidence.
• Partner with technical teams to identify and remove friction in testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Contribute to infrastructure supporting performance-critical training and inference systems.
• Contribute to the Triton project to enhance performance-oriented engineering work.

Requirements

• Strong experience with CI/CD, developer infrastructure, testing systems, or build/release workflows.
• Proficiency in Python for building reliable and scalable developer tools.
• Experience improving large-scale engineering workflows, specifically regarding CI reliability and debugging velocity.
• Ability to operate autonomously and make good judgments in a high-context, ambiguous environment.
• Must be based in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience in the PyTorch ecosystem.
• Experience with C++ or Rust.
