What you will do

• Analyze business processes and data to support product and services teams.
• Design key metrics to measure various business dimensions.
• Develop and maintain aggregated views and tables for efficient querying.
• Build and maintain dashboards for metric tracking and insight visualization.
• Drive data literacy across the organization through workshops.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role delivering impactful solutions.
• Educational background in a quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Solid knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
• Experience in financial services or banking.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a STEM subject.
• Expertise in Java, Scala, C++, etc.
