What you will do

• Lead the R&D strategy and execution for Home Environment and Non-Robotic Floorcare, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Translate strategic direction into actionable R&D roadmaps and technical deliverables.
• Oversee the R&D portfolio, managing prioritization, resourcing, and on-time delivery within budget.
• Identify and apply emerging technologies, materials, and system capabilities to enhance product performance and scalability.
• Build and develop a high-performing global R&D organization, strengthening technical capabilities and leadership depth.
• Partner with Product Management, Design, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution from concept to commercialization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Engineering/R&D with leadership responsibility for complex programs or teams.
• Proven track record of delivering consumer products from concept through commercialization.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong ability to translate high-level strategy into execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with performance-driven systems (e.g., airflow, motors) is preferred.
• Must be based in the United States.
