Location: Hybrid (Mexico City). Must reside in Mexico City and be available to work on-site 2-3x a week in Polanco.

What you will do

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of data products from ideation and development to deployment and optimization.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists.
• Develop tracking strategies and translate behavior metrics into actionable business insights and visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate clear data requirements and define the roadmap based on value-based prioritization.
• Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs to ensure continuous improvement of data initiatives.
• Support the incorporation of AI into team workflows to enhance performance.

Requirements

• English: C1 or higher required (Only CVs in English will be considered).
• Spanish: Mandatory communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proficiency with PowerBI, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong experience in customer segmentation and a product-oriented mindset.
• Proven team leadership skills with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Must reside in Mexico City for mandatory on-site attendance 2-3x a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with major Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of AI/ML and D2C initiatives.
• Experience with Adobe tools and project management software.
