Salary: $185,000–$210,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead the development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance platform infrastructure.
  • Drive deployment and release strategies to increase safety, consistency, and delivery speed.
  • Enhance developer experience via CI/CD improvements and faster feedback cycles.
  • Establish observability and SRE practices for better monitoring and incident response.
  • Design environments for consistent testing, validation, and safe releases.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring on platform and reliability best practices.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in software development, focused on platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
  • Proven track record of building scalable platform systems for production workloads.
  • Strong backend expertise in Java/Spring or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
  • Must be based in the United States.
