What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Drive product adoption by coaching users on the terminal, Excel add-in, API, and data integrations.
• Partner with commercial teams to identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure client objectives are aligned with company solutions and value propositions.
• Contribute to the improvement of Customer Success processes and knowledge base content.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and projects within Salesforce.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Success, preferably within FinTech, Energy, or Shipping.
• Native-level proficiency in Chinese.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused and empathetic approach.
• Must be based in China.
