What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of DevSecOps engineers, managing their career development and performance.
• Define the DevSecOps strategy and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with business and engineering goals.
• Implement organizational guardrails using Policy-as-Code tools like OPA or Kyverno.
• Oversee the design of secure cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP with a focus on Zero Trust.
• Manage third-party security vendors and tools such as Snyk, Wiz, and Cloudflare.
• Track security KPIs (e.g., MTTR) and lead the blameless post-mortem process for high-severity incidents.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the EMEA region
• 6+ years of experience in Security, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership capacity (Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager).
• Expertise in Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, and CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes security (RBAC, Network Policies, Admission Controllers).
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript for building internal security tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing and tuning SAST, DAST, and SCA at scale.
• Experience with Secret Management using HashiCorp Vault.
