Senior DevOps Engineer (SaaS)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Design and operate scalable cloud architectures for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy to enable fast, safe, and repeatable deployments.
• Implement and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform.
• Manage containerized platforms using Docker and Kubernetes (specifically AKS).
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and recovery to reduce manual operational effort.
• Collaborate with SRE and Product Engineering teams to ensure system reliability, security, and delivery velocity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (AWS or GCP also acceptable).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and/or Bash.
• English: B2+ level for effective collaboration with distributed teams.
• Experience with Git-based workflows, such as Bitbucket.

Nice to have

• Experience operating or supporting multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Datadog, or ELK.
• Software engineering background with experience owning systems end-to-end.
• Hands-on exposure to hybrid cloud environments or on-prem integrations.
