What you will do

• Own and drive strategic program roadmap across Live Games, including D2C, Central Tech, Live Ops Automation, Marketing, Product, and Knowledge Sharing
• Lead cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes
• Build integrated operational plans using tools like JIRA or Airtable to track complex initiatives
• Partner with Central Tech and Playgami on platform capabilities and rollout strategies
• Drive Live Ops efficiency through automation, ML/AI tooling, and process optimization
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product on cohesive planning; establish knowledge-sharing frameworks
• Identify risks and blockers; lead executive reporting and facilitate alignment forums

Requirements

• 8+ years in consulting, banking, business operations, program management, or product operations in cross-functional environments
• Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across global teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive presentations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and problem-solving in ambiguity
• Analytical skills for data, KPIs, and reporting (free-to-play KPIs a plus)
• Passionate gamer (mobile free-to-play preferred)

• Experience with Live Ops, game publishing, or live service ecosystems
• Familiarity with automation tools, workflow optimization, or Central Tech platforms
• Strong understanding of D2C, mobile gaming, and live game operations
