What you will do

• Own end-to-end system integration for machine readiness capabilities across embedded systems, edge, and enterprise platforms.
• Establish technical expectations for connectivity, data completeness, and readiness validation.
• Lead enterprise-level system validation and serve as technical sign-off authority for integration quality.
• Drive improvements in architecture, interfaces, and data pipelines for resilience and future autonomy.
• Provide technical leadership in a global matrixed organization, influencing roadmaps and communicating complex behaviors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Based in Mossville, IL; domestic relocation available, no visa sponsorship.
• Experience with connected machines, autonomy, automation, telematics, or digital platforms.
• Deep experience with complex distributed systems spanning embedded and enterprise platforms.
• Understanding of construction, mining, or industrial equipment; factory systems.
• Strong communication of complex concepts and influencing through expertise.

Nice to have

• Prior experience influencing platform architecture decisions.
• Experience delivering through NPI/NTI cycles.
