Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year (USD $158,400 – $258,000 in San Francisco Bay area and New York City)

• Gain expertise in building identity graphs using applicable research techniques and share industry trends to identify product needs.
• Review business requirements, incorporate research, and apply deep subject matter knowledge to meet business goals.
• Provide strategic direction for data usage to solve problems and support business impact.
• Design and implement statistical models, predictive models, and analytical frameworks.
• Conduct rigorous data analysis and data-driven experiments.
• Ensure integrity, reliability, and quality of large-scale datasets to inform product development.

Requirements

• Ability to meet hirify.global Cloud Background Check and security screening requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience (OR Master’s AND 3+ years OR Doctorate AND 1+ year OR equivalent)
• Experience in statistics, predictive analytics, or research

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree AND 6+ years experience (OR Doctorate AND 3+ years OR equivalent)
• 3+ years conducting research in academic or industry settings
• 1+ year developing and deploying live production systems as part of a product team
• Experience developing graph-based identity models for cross-device user stitching using deterministic and probabilistic matching
