What you will do

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects and test campaigns according to strict deadlines and high-level program schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, factoring them into project decisions.
• Apply technical expertise and leadership to innovate, improve processes, and implement new technologies.
• Manage tactical and strategic information with attention to detail and consistent follow-up.
• Balance technical, business, and organizational influences to deliver commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferred).
• 10-12 years of relevant program management/operational experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and data communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent people skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Demonstrated domain experience in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, or project management.
• 8+ years in operations environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
