What you will do

• Act as a financial business partner to Topline and cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Provide early performance insights through robust analyses to proactively steer the business.
• Drive continuous improvement of controlling tools, reports, and planning systems to support finance transformation.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closings for the Dairy Category, including variance and trend analysis.
• Own the monthly forecasting process, delivering reliable forecasts with risks, opportunities, and scenarios.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in controlling, finance, and business partnering, ideally in FMCG.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); SAP experience is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into clear business insights.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in Germany; note that the position is limited for 18 months.
