What you will do

• Manage pricing escalations and review deals with variations to standard setups
• Identify non-standard issues and route to cross-functional owners
• Facilitate business desk reviews with executives from Sales, Legal, and Finance
• Enforce standard processes, rules, and policies across EMEA
• Structure complex deals, assess compliance and risks, and monitor opportunities
• Gather field feedback to inform pricing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in industry
• Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and organizational skills with cultural awareness for international teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of sales/buying cycle, technology solutions, and business problems
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under challenging timelines with ethical integrity
