Salary: €78.000 — €107.800 EUR (Ireland)

What you will do
- Serve as expert on deal structuring, pricing, commercial terms, processes, and policies for EMEA deals.
- Review, approve, and document non-standard commercial terms per Revenue Operations requirements.
- Strategize with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to structure complex deals.
- Provide context on deal structures for booking, invoicing, and reporting to operations teams.
- Maintain holistic view of deals during negotiations, driving stakeholder resolutions.
- Build scalable processes, identify trends, and partner with sales leadership on opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Sales support experience in technology, with 3+ years in Deal Desk role
- Understanding of SaaS revenue model, deal governance, and compliance policies
- Demonstrated project management or process improvement experience
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts across organization levels
- Proven track record in negotiating and closing large enterprise SaaS agreements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills; proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace (Excel/Tableau preferred)
