What you will do

• Act as a strategic technical advisor for large marquee accounts to expand account footprint and drive product adoption.
• Guide customers on operational optimization, automation maturity, and business value realization from their Arista investments.
• Provide technical assistance for new opportunities, including Proof of Concept (PoC) testing in customer labs.
• Assist in deploying and integrating CloudVision, APIs, and automation toolsets like Ansible and Terraform.
• Deliver strategic technical workshops on CI/CD, automation, and modern operating models to reduce TCO.
• Coordinate between customers, TAC, and engineering teams to ensure end-to-end customer lifecycle coverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as network consulting, customer success, or solution architecture.
• Expertise in L2/L3 networking, routing (OSPF, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN), and automation (EOS, CloudVision, Ansible, Terraform, Python).
• Strong consultative and business acumen with a proven ability to link technical outcomes to revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for an advisory capacity.
• Arista ACE certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 90 days.
• Deep knowledge of data center, cloud, campus, or routing environments.
