Salary: $220,000–$265,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop and execute clinical strategies for molecular diagnostic tools in GU cancers, including MRD and ctDNA monitoring.
- Design and implement clinical studies integrating ’s technology into GU oncology care; manage timelines and budgets.
- Recruit PIs and clinical sites; engage KOLs for advisory boards and strategic planning.
- Advise on product development, unmet needs, and validation requirements for GU oncology portfolio.
- Provide post-launch medical affairs support, clinical consultation, and lead medical education initiatives.
- Contribute to publication strategy, regulatory submissions, and represent externally at conferences and panels.
Requirements
- M.D. required (board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology preferred)
- Residency training in Radiation Oncology; at least 3 years post-residency clinical experience in GU cancers as primary treating radiation oncologist.
- Deep knowledge of GU cancer treatment paradigms, guidelines, and diagnostics; minimum 3 years clinical trial experience.
- Willingness to travel >40% (primarily U.S.-based)
- Expertise in clinical trial design, regulatory frameworks, biostatistics; strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with ctDNA, MRD, or liquid biopsy technologies.
- Established relationships with GU oncology KOLs and academic networks.
- Experience supporting product launches or diagnostic adoption in oncology.
