What you will do

• Hire, lead, and develop a world-class team of analog layout designers.
• Assess schedules, floor plans, project tasks, and risks for digital macros and layout work.
• Perform hands-on macro-level analog layout design.
• Track layout schedules, identify workarounds, and coordinate additional hiring as needed.
• Synchronize layout plans with CAD, technology, and circuit design teams.
• Communicate complex layout issues and resolve cross-functional risks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of analog layout design experience and 3+ years of management experience.
• Deep understanding of layout methodology from initial chip planning through tape-out.
• High proficiency in LVS and DRC debugging, including interpreting Calibre DRC, ERC, and LVS reports.
• Proficiency with Synopsys or Cadence layout entry tools.
• Strong technical, analytical, communication, conflict-resolution, and consensus-building skills.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled technology and software under U.S. export control regulations is required; an export license review may apply.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced process technologies and FinFET.
• Programming experience in SKILL, Ample, or Perl.
