What you will do

  • Support the management of the core ad tech stack, including Google Ad Manager, Prebid, and Amazon TAM.
  • Execute daily yield adjustments and monitor auction health to drive premium revenue across global inventory.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis into bid density, latency, and CPM trends to identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Support the rollout and technical optimization of high-growth video ad products to maximize fill rates.
  • Implement AI-driven price floors and automated auction mechanics to maximize yield.
  • Collaborate with engineering and Ad Ops to ensure 99.9% availability of critical ad paths.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in ad tech, programmatic operations, or technical product management.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization for independent data pulling and hypothesis validation.
  • Technical understanding of VAST/VPAID tags, Prebid modules, and AI optimization algorithms.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and resolve delivery incidents with urgency.
  • Must be based in New York, NY (1WTC office).
