Location: Work From Home 100% of the time, or come into one of our global offices. Conditions: Regular United States/Texas

Pay: $200/hour base stipend + uncapped commission on revenue brought in

What you will do

• Act as senior advisor helping clients solve technology challenges from smart building automation to digital twin simulations for urban planning.
• Leverage industry network to cultivate strategic partnerships with REITs, developers, architectural firms, homebuilders, and PropTech innovators.
• Advise hirify.global leadership on real estate market trends like ESG, sustainable tech, PropTech analytics, and modular construction.
• Represent hirify.global in high-level industry discussions and forums as thought leader.

Requirements

• At least 15 years deep expertise in real estate or construction.
• SVP-level or C-level executive experience at development firm, construction company, homebuilder, REIT, brokerage, or PropTech firm.
• Deep, active network across real estate C-suites, private equity in built environment, and construction manufacturers.
• Profound understanding of industry software: ERP integrations, BIM standards, security for infrastructure data.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for thought leadership and stakeholder discussions.
