What you will do

• Deliver tailored training sessions, including workshops, webinars, and demonstrations, to ensure successful RFMS system adoption.
• Create comprehensive training materials such as manuals, reference guides, and tutorials.
• Analyze client workflows and align them with RFMS processes to optimize implementation.
• Execute implementation plans by tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and identify product improvement opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the entire implementation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in software training, implementation, or business process consulting.
• Proven experience delivering training sessions both virtually and onsite.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% when required.
