What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Develop and maintain AI-enabled solutions, including Copilot Studio AI agents, for task triage and operational decision support.
• Partner with Middle Office and Fund Operations to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into functional designs.
• Build dashboards and management information to provide visibility into operational performance and exceptions.
• Embed validation checks and audit trails into automated processes to ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
• Support user adoption through documentation, training materials, and operational handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience implementing automation technology, ideally within the asset management industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience or exposure to AI-enabled tooling, such as Copilot or AI agent development.
• Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset for improving operational workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work in Chicago, US.
