What you will do

• Own and refine the product vision and roadmap for device-side software and embedded capabilities.
• Translate customer and stakeholder use cases into technical user stories and acceptance criteria using BDD.
• Partner with firmware, embedded Linux, and hardware engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer value with technical necessity (refactoring, platform improvements).
• Collaborate with cloud, mobile, and data platform teams to ensure end-to-end feature coherence across the IoT ecosystem.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and validate product features through user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a similar field.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end IoT devices across embedded systems and industrial hardware.
• Deep knowledge of Linux-based embedded environments, boot flows, and hardware-software interactions.
• Expertise in IoT protocols including MQTT, CoAP, TCP/IP, BLE, LoRa, Wi-Fi, and cellular.
• Proficiency in creating system architecture artefacts such as data flows, sequence diagrams, and component maps.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
