Salary: $45,000 + Uncapped Commission ($75k-85k OTE)

• Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Utilize best-in-class tools and data to identify opportunities and track market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment.
• Confident and clear communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
• High level of resilience and a disciplined work ethic.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chicago.
