What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for patients during telehealth consultations, conducting medical intake and medication history reviews.
• Manage a pod of 8–10 intake specialists, monitoring KPIs and providing regular coaching and feedback.
• Lead onboarding, training, and retraining initiatives for new and existing team members.
• Handle scheduling gaps, coverage planning, and act as the first escalation point for complex patient cases.
• Implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) and drive continuous improvement based on team insights and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to maintain high-quality care standards and optimize patient flow.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (preferred) or Medical Assistant certification.
• Healthcare background with direct patient care experience.
• Proven experience in team leadership, supervision, or people management.
• Proficiency with Chrome browser and general computer technology.
• Ability to work flexible shifts: Saturday to Wednesday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Miami, FL time.
• High level of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution ability.
