Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage 60+ personnel across 3 rotating shifts, including performance improvement, motivation, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and improvement of CNC machining, feeder processes, machine shop production, and powder line.
• Communicate daily with production manager, schedulers, team leads, engineers, logistics, and stores to meet deadlines and ship products on time.
• Conduct disciplinary meetings, return-to-work interviews, training needs assessment, and dispute resolution.
• Drive operational KPIs, quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years senior supervision/management in production/manufacturing; at least 4 years in supervisory role.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, production control, and achieving targets via KPIs.
• Strong people management: training, performance assessment, output maximization, engagement, and dispute resolution.
• Health & safety awareness in factory settings.
• Recognized mechanical or electrical qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels; commercial awareness.

• Proven leadership in customer-focused production targets.
• Experience setting up high-volume production lines.
