Regional Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process optimization projects across multiple sites.
• Improve throughput, efficiency, material flow, and plant layout to support regional operations.
• Identify and drive cost reduction and productivity opportunities regarding labor, material, and capital investments.
• Develop and deploy standardized work and coach teams on Lean principles and best practices.
• Partner on CAPEX projects, including justification, equipment selection, layout design, and implementation.
• Maintain a strong Gemba presence, working directly with operators and site leaders to ensure sustainable improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience driving multi-site efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools.
• Ability to travel 50–75% to support regional site needs.

Nice to have

• Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting fabrication, machining, welding, or assembly manufacturing processes.
