What you will do

• Lead strategic commercial growth and margin improvement within the district.
• Translate national and regional strategies into actionable local plans aligned with priorities.
• Build and maintain strong local supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and competitive costs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, and Operations to drive execution.
• Optimize supply chain flows, inventory, and asset utilization to reduce costs.
• Analyze market trends and margin data to identify high-impact growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the Solvents Industry (sales, marketing, or product management).
• Proven experience managing, coaching, and guiding direct reports.
• Experience with supplier agreements, sales contracts, product allocation, and pricing.
• Solid understanding of the chemical distribution business model.
